We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We only share information with third-party service providers when necessary, including:
* Logistics Partners: Such as SF Express, Hong Kong Post, etc., to deliver the products to you.

送貨政策 / Shipping Policy
我們明白您期待盡快收到心儀的銀器飾物。為了確保每一件飾物都能完美地送到您手中，我們會對商品進行仔細的檢查及防氧化包裝。
We understand you are excited to receive your silver jewelry. To ensure every piece is delivered to you in perfect condition, we carefully inspect and apply anti-tarnish packaging to all items before dispatch.

1. 訂單處理時間 / Order Processing Time
* 現貨商品： 確認收到付款後，訂單將於 3 – 5個工作天內處理及寄出。
* 訂製或缺貨商品： 由於純銀飾物需時人手製作或預訂，處理時間約為21 – 45個工作天。我們會於商品詳情頁面註明訂製時間。
* 星期六、日及香港公眾假期不設發貨。
* In-Stock Items: Orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 – 5 business days after payment confirmation.
* Custom/Out-of-Stock Items: As sterling silver jewelry requires handcrafting or pre-ordering, processing time is approximately 21 – 45 business days. Customization times will be stated on the product pages.
* Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong public holidays.
2. 本地運送 (香港及澳門) / Local Shipping (Hong Kong & Macau)
我們主要採用 順豐速運 (SF Express) 提供本地送貨服務。
* 運送時間： 寄出後約 2 – 3個工作天送達。
* 運費： 購物滿 HKD $500 即可享香港及澳門免運費。未滿指定金額，將採用順豐到付。
* 取件方式： 您可選擇送到住宅/工商地址，或於指定的順豐營業點、順豐站及順豐智能櫃取件。
We primarily use SF Express for local deliveries.
* Delivery Time: Approximately 2-3 business days after dispatch.
* Shipping Cost: Free shipping to Hong Kong and Macau for orders over HKD $500. For orders below this amount, SF Express pay-on-delivery will be used.
* Collection Methods: You may choose delivery to residential/commercial addresses, or self-pickup at SF Business Stations, SF Stores, and SF Lockers.
3. 國際運送 / International Shipping
我們提供全球運送服務，將精美的香港銀飾送到世界各地。
* 運送時間： 寄出後約 7 – 21個工作天，具體取決於目的地國家及清關速度。
* 運費： 國際運費將於結帳時根據目的地自動計算。
We offer worldwide shipping, delivering exquisite Hong Kong silver jewelry across the globe.
* Delivery Time: Approximately 7 – 21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance speed.
* Shipping Cost: International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination.
4. 關稅與稅項 / Customs, Duties, and Taxes
國際訂單可能會被目的地國家收取進口稅、關稅及相關海關費用。這些費用不在我們的控制範圍內，並將由收件人全數承擔。我們無法預測或估算相關費用，詳情請向當地海關查詢。
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and related fees levied by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and must be borne entirely by the recipient. We cannot predict or estimate these charges; please consult your local customs office for details.
5. 追蹤訂單 / Order Tracking
當您的訂單寄出後，您將會收到一封包含快遞公司名稱及追蹤號碼的電郵。您可隨時透過快遞公司的官方網站追蹤包裹狀態。
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the courier name and tracking number. You can track your package’s status at any time via the courier’s official website.
6. 損壞或遺失包裹 / Damaged or Lost Packages
雖然我們會妥善保護每一件銀飾，但運送過程中仍可能發生意外。如您在收到包裹時發現商品有任何損壞，或包裹超過預計時間仍未送達，請於收到/預計到達日期後的3天內聯絡我們。請保留所有包裝物料及拍照作實，我們將盡力為您向物流公司跟進。
While we securely protect every piece of silver jewelry, accidents can occur during transit. If you receive a damaged item or your package is lost (exceeding the estimated delivery time), please contact us within 3 days of the receipt/expected delivery date. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos for proof. We will do our best to follow up with the logistics company for you.
